Is parking available at the hotel?
We have a full-service valet parking with 220 parking spots available for hotel and court guests(Chargeable).
What are the airport/hotel transportation options available?
Taxis are readily available from the airport. Guests can also arrange for pick-up services either by taxi or limousine from and to the airport, around Beirut and other destinations within Lebanon. Please call us for further information on the transportation services that are available.
How far is the hotel from the airport?
The hotel is 5 km – a 15-minute drive – from the Beirut Rafik Hariri International Airport.
Is early check-in or late check-out possible?
We will always do our best to accommodate early check-in and late checkout requests; however, these will be honored on an availability basis. In the case that a late check-out is available, the following late check-out fees apply: From 12:00 p.m.- 5:00 p.m.: half-day rate; After 5:00 p.m.: the full day’s rate will be applied and the room will be extended for that night.

Is room service available?
In-room dining is available both from the in-house catering or from the court dining outlets. Breakfast is available daily as of 8:00 AM, with a selection of healthy, continental and Lebanese. Delivery services to the hotel will not be permitted to be made to guest rooms and suites; guests must receive deliveries from the lobby area.
Do the guest rooms have mini-bars/pantry service?
For your convenience, there are fully stocked mini-bars in every guestroom for daily guests and upon request for our long-stay guests. We offer a shopping list service where items can be purchased and stocked on your behalf both before your arrival and during your stay.

Do you allow pets at the hotel?
To ensure the comfort of all our guests, and taking allergies into consideration, there is a no-pets policy within the hotel and guest rooms.
What security measures and procedures are in place within the hotel and guest rooms?
Your security and safety is our topmost priority. We have installed 24-hour CCTV onsite, and a Vanguard door security swipe-card system on all floors and rooms. Each of our guest rooms have safes, and an additional security deposit safe is available at the front desk.
